Overview
Jacqueline Lau is an associate at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner who assists clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, whistleblower representation, and intellectual property disputes. She has experience representing clients on matters including breach of contract, injunctive relief, non-compete and non-solicitation enforcement, FOIA, and intellectual property claims involving copyright and trade secrets. She has experience assisting directly on litigation before federal courts, state courts, and in arbitration.
While in law school at the University of Notre Dame, Jacqueline was involved in a variety of legal aid organizations and assisted on trials during her time at the Economic Justice Clinic at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center, the Indiana Department of Child Services, and the Detroit Legal Aid and Defender Association.
