Stein Mitchell Announces Name Change and Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Stein Mitchell is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan Missner as a name partner of the firm, which has changed its name to Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP. Stein Mitchell is also pleased to welcome Dwight D. Murray, and Sherman L. Cohn as Of Counsel to the firm.
"The firm's name change recognizes Jon's significant contributions to the firm and the outstanding results he has achieved for our clients," said Stein Mitchell Partner Pat Cipollone. "Jon is a talented attorney whose international experience in business and law brings a unique perspective to complex legal issues."
Dwight D. Murray is a highly regarded trial attorney. A Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation, Murray has been a successful litigator with a national practice, and has tried more than 100 cases and appeared before multiple appellate courts. He has served the Washington, D.C. legal community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of D.C. and as its first African American elected president.

Sherman L. Cohn is a leading scholar and practitioner in civil procedure, professional responsibility, and legal ethics, among other areas of law. Cohn is a longstanding and influential Professor of Law at Georgetown University. He also lectures globally on a diverse range of issues, including trial practice and civil procedure.
"Professor Cohn has been recognized as a leading authority in many areas of law and has the ability to help guide clients on their most important and sensitive legal matters," said Missner.
